The cruise line is now owned by U.K.-based All Leisure Group -- which is also the holding company of Swan Hellenic and Discover Egypt. The cruise ship MV Discovery has undergone a series of refurbishment and attract mature travellers who cares more about interesting destinations and educational talks than lavish facilities. Discovery offers an exciting range of cruises to explore the world's great destinations including the Arctic Circle and North Cape, Scandinavia, Iceland, the Baltic, Mediterranean and Black Sea through to the southern tip of South America, the Falkland Islands, South Georgia and the Antarctic Peninsula. There are also cruise routes that cross to South Africa, Indian Ocean islands and beyond.

Itineraries

Voyages of Discovery proudly presents you with exotic destinations, distinguished lecturers and interesting shore excursions. There are a range of exotic winter fly-cruise destinations including Antarctica, The Falklands, South Georgia (including the Chilean Fjords), South Africa, Indian Ocean, India, the Persian Gulf and South America (November to April), while operating ex-U.K. cruises from Harwich to the Baltic, Scandinavia, Norwegian Fjords, Iceland and Greenland during the Summer (May to September) and fly-cruises to the Mediterranean, Black Sea and Red Sea in the autumn (September to November). Itineraries range from eight days to more than 100 days aboard the Grand Voyage of Discovery. Tours always include free stays in cosmopolitan first and last ports.
