Norwegian Cruise Line
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There's a big difference between NCL and other cruise lines. Miami-based Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) is notable for revolutionizing the cruise experience via its "Freestyle Cruising" philosophy. It is a way to steer towards the modern cruising lifestyle, blending freedom and flexibility -- in dress codes, dining options and even entertainment offerings. You get to choose what you want to do, where you want to play, and whom you want to dine with.

There are 11 vessels sailing afloat with NCL – going most popular ports of call. The newest Norwegian Epic entered service in June 2010, which has revolutionized the concept of cruising with radical design - including curved staterooms, accommodation for single passengers, innovative nightlife options, multi-purpose indoor and outdoor spaces and the first Ice Bar at sea.

Itineraries

NCL is the leader in roundtrip 7-day cruises from U.S. and Canadian ports with its homeland cruising program. Ships sail seasonally from Boston, Los Angeles, New Orleans, Miami, Seattle and Vancouver – and Port Canaveral, beginning in 2010 -- and year-round from New York. These ports make way for itineraries to Alaska, the Caribbean, and Mexican Riviera. NCL America homeports in Honolulu and offers seven-night cruises on Pride of America year round. From 2010 onwards, the line will have three ships in Europe -- including Norwegian Jade (year-round Meditterranea), Norwegian Gem (Transatlantic and Mediterranea) and Norwegian Sun (Northern Europe, Baltic Sea and Caribbean.) -- in Europe. The largest among her sisters, the NCL Epic will also sail similar itineraries.
